What to Expect: The Process from Order to Delivery

At Memorable Glassworks, we understand how important it is to create a lasting and meaningful tribute to your beloved pet. This guide walks you through each step of the process, from placing your order to receiving your finished piece.

1️⃣ Placing Your Order

Browse our collection and select your custom glass memorial.

Choose your preferred colors and add an optional inscription (up to 16 characters, handwritten cursive, placed on the bottom of the piece).

At checkout, confirm your shipping address and double-check all customization details.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

2️⃣ Sending the Ashes

Within 1-2 business days, we will mail you a Collection Kit, which includes: ✅ A labeled plastic vial for holding up to ½ teaspoon of ashes per piece

✅ A pre-addressed bubble mailer to return the ashes (customers are responsible for postage)

✅ A copy of your order details for review

✅ Clear instructions on how to package and send back the ashes

If you requested a custom color match, you can include printed photos or email them to memorableglassworks@gmail.com.

3️⃣ Creating Your Memorial Piece

Once we receive your ashes, your handmade glass memorial will be created with utmost care and respect.

The process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on order volume.

If there are any leftover ashes, they will be returned with your finished piece unless otherwise requested.

4️⃣ Receiving Your Finished Piece

When your memorial is complete, we will ship it via USPS Priority Mail (2-day shipping) for domestic orders.

You will receive an email with tracking information so you’ll know when to expect your delivery.

International customers will receive a shipping quote before their order is sent.

🔹 How much of my pet’s ashes do you need?

Only ½ teaspoon per piece is required.

Yes! Choose from our available colors or select "Custom" at checkout and send us a reference photo.

We take extra care in packaging, but if anything happens during shipping, we will remake it at no additional cost.
