📦 Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

• Each memorial piece is handcrafted to order and takes 2-4 weeks to create once ashes are received.
• Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-day shipping) within the U.S.
• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Sending Ashes

• Once you place an order, we will send you a collection kit (if requested) with a pre-addressed return mailer.
• If you choose to send ashes without a kit, please mail ½ teaspoon of ashes per piece in a double-bagged, padded envelope.

International Orders

• We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the finished piece.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

• We take great care in packaging your order, but if it arrives damaged or incorrect, we will remake it at no cost.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll assist with filing a claim.

Returns & Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of our memorials, we do not accept returns once the piece is made.
• If you need to cancel an order, please do so before sending ashes for a full refund.
