From Order to Heirloom

  • Step 1: Place your order

    Choose your favorite design, select your colors, and add a free inscription if you'd like. Not sure where to start? We’re happy to help.

  • Step 2: Send us the ashes

    We’ll mail you a collection kit with everything you need to safely send a small amount of ashes — only ½ teaspoon per piece.

  • Step 3: We create your memorial

    Your memorial is shaped by hand in our studio, using your selected colors and a small portion of ashes — carefully incorporated into the design with intention.

  • Step 4: We ship it to you

    Your finished memorial is shipped to you within 2–4 weeks after receipt of ashes, Priority Mail with tracking information.

  • Ashes don’t need to stay hidden

    Not everyone wants to keep them in an urn or a box on a shelf.
