What to expect when you order 

Creating something this meaningful shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Here’s a simple breakdown of how it works — from placing your order to holding your finished piece.

1️⃣ Choose Your Design & Colors

– Browse our collections and select the piece that speaks to you
– Pick your color palette using the dropdowns — or choose “Custom” and tell us your vision in the notes at checkout
– For Match My Pet tributes, send 2–3 clear reference photos (fur, eyes, collar) after ordering — either via message or email
– You can also include a free handwritten inscription (up to 16 characters) on the bottom of the piece
– Double-check your order details at checkout to make sure everything looks right

2️⃣ Receive Your Collection Kit

We’ll mail you a kit within 1–2 business days. It includes:
– A plastic vial for the ashes (we only need ½ teaspoon per piece)
– A pre-addressed bubble mailer (just add postage)
– A printed order summary to review
– Clear instructions on how to collect the ashes and where to send them

3️⃣ Your Memorial is Handcrafted

Once your ashes arrive, we’ll send you a confirmation and let you know:
– That we received everything safely
– When your piece is scheduled to be made in our studio
– A tentative shipping window based on your place in the queue

Most orders are completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks of receiving ashes.
If you need it by a specific date (like a holiday or birthday), we can usually accommodate rush requests — just reach out.

4️⃣ Delivery & Tracking

– Once finished, your memorial is carefully packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 day delivery in the U.S.)
– Shipping is free within the U.S.
– You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships
– International orders are welcome — we’ll send a shipping quote before sending your package
