💬 How much ash is needed?
We only need about ½ teaspoon per piece, and we’ll take care of making it easy.
After your order is placed, we’ll send you a collection kit with clear instructions, a labeled container, and a pre-addressed return mailer.

If you prefer to send ashes another way, just let us know.

🎨 How do I choose colors?
We offer hundreds of color combinations, and just as many ways to shop:
– Browse by design, by color, or by theme
– Each listing includes a drop-down menu of our favorite color combinations
– You can also choose “Custom Color” and include your preferences in the notes at checkout

Need help deciding? We’re happy to match tones to a photo of your pet, loved one, or a favorite item. We’re here to make it feel like them.

🔥 How is the piece made?
Each piece is individually handcrafted from molten glass over 2000°F.
We add your selected colors, then gently introduce the cremains into the design. The ashes are not hidden — they’re suspended within the glass, becoming part of the form itself.

After shaping and finishing, every piece is slowly cooled in a kiln and carefully packed before shipping.

🕒 How long does it take?
Once we receive the ashes, turnaround time is usually 2–4 weeks depending on current orders.

If you're on a deadline, let us know — rush orders are often available at no additional cost.

✏️ Can I add an inscription?
Yes — we include the option for a handwritten inscription at no extra charge.
Up to 16 characters can be engraved on the base of the piece in a soft cursive font. (Names, dates, initials, or a short phrase all work beautifully.)

💙 Is this just for pets?
Not at all. While we offer special options for matching fur, eye, or collar colors, many of our clients create memorials for people as well — parents, partners, children, and close friends.

Each design can also be made without ashes for a symbolic tribute.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our U.S. studio.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes, and regulations on mailing ashes may vary by country.

💌 What if something goes wrong?
Every piece is carefully packed, but if something arrives broken or not quite right, we’ll remake it at no cost.
