2️⃣ Send the Ashes – Only ½ teaspoon per piece is required. You can send them in a double-bagged, padded envelopeor request a collection kit (includes a plastic tube and a pre-addressed return mailer).
3️⃣ Glass Creation Begins – Using the provided reference images, we will match your pet’s colors and infuse their ashes into molten glass for a truly unique tribute.
4️⃣ Completion & Shipping – Custom memorials take 2-4 weeks to complete. Once finished, your piece ships via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
